有機(jī)廢氣通過收集后首先進(jìn)入二級堿洗塔+水洗塔將廢氣中的殘余的微量溴素捕集下來,經(jīng)過水洗的廢氣濕度大,經(jīng)過除霧器將廢氣和液態(tài)水進(jìn)一步分離,最后再進(jìn)入活性炭吸附箱,有機(jī)揮發(fā)氣體被活性炭吸附后,廢氣得到凈化達(dá)標(biāo)排放:待活性炭吸附飽和后,啟動蒸汽脫附系統(tǒng),對箱體通入高溫蒸汽(≥110℃),對活性炭進(jìn)行脫附,脫附后的廢氣通過冷凝器后,冷凝液所含的化學(xué)物質(zhì)及其他有機(jī)物收集后轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)至業(yè)主精餾釜進(jìn)行分離,脫附后的活性炭在吹干風(fēng)機(jī)的作用下,60min后活性炭便可恢復(fù)吸附性能,從而達(dá)到徹底處理廢氣并節(jié)約能源的最終目的。
