超低溫通常指低于- 100℃的溫度,國(guó)內(nèi)在此溫區(qū)大多依靠液氮的換熱來實(shí)現(xiàn),而液氮攜帶不方便,不僅使用浪費(fèi),工況也受到約束。
Ultra low temperature usually refers to temperatures below -100 ℃. In China, most of the heat transfer in this temperature range is achieved through liquid nitrogen, which is inconvenient to carry and not only wasteful to use, but also constrained by working conditions.

各種組合工藝就是因?yàn)橹皣?guó)內(nèi)的插電式制冷無法達(dá)到國(guó)家要求的排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),因此采用了組合工藝,單純冷凝有機(jī)物并不難,只要達(dá)到該物質(zhì)的液化溫度即可,但是因?yàn)橛袡C(jī)物的存在形式都是以有機(jī)物+空氣或氮?dú)猓蟛糠值挠袡C(jī)物都會(huì)溶解在空氣里面, 僅溶解的部分就已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)大于國(guó)家的環(huán)保排放要求, 所以有機(jī)物對(duì)應(yīng)的液化點(diǎn)并不能將溶解在空氣里面的有機(jī)物進(jìn)行液化,需要更低的溫度來實(shí)現(xiàn),因此-75℃無法滿足使用要求;在此背景下,我公司深耕油氣回收十多年,組織專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)研發(fā)了單臺(tái)壓縮機(jī)制冷最低可達(dá)到-150℃運(yùn)行的超低溫制冷工藝。
Various combination processes are adopted because the previous domestic plug-in refrigeration could not meet the national emission standards. Therefore, the combination process is adopted. It is not difficult to simply condense organic matter, as long as the liquefaction temperature of the substance is reached. However, because the existence of organic matter is in the form of organic matter+air or nitrogen, and most of the organic matter will dissolve in the air, the dissolved part alone is far greater than the national environmental emission requirements. Therefore, the corresponding liquefaction point of organic matter cannot liquefy the organic matter dissolved in the air, and a lower temperature is required to achieve it. Therefore, -75 ℃ cannot meet the usage requirements; In this context, our company has been deeply involved in oil and gas recovery for more than ten years, and has organized a professional team to develop an ultra-low temperature refrigeration process that can operate at a minimum of -150 ℃ with a single compressor, based on domestic and international experience.
