　　一、關(guān)鍵參數(shù)①預(yù)冷器運(yùn)行溫度在混合氣各組分的凝固點(diǎn)以上，進(jìn)入裝置的混合氣溫度降到4℃時，可將大部分水除去，機(jī)械制冷可使大部分VOCs 冷凝為液體而回收；若需要更低的冷溫度，可以再連接液氮制冷，從而提高VOCs 回收率。

　　1、 Key parameter ①: The operating temperature of the pre cooler is above the freezing point of each component in the mixed gas. When the temperature of the mixed gas entering the device drops to 4 ℃, most of the water can be removed, and mechanical refrigeration can condense most of the VOCs into liquid for recovery; If a lower cooling temperature is required, liquid nitrogen refrigeration can be connected to improve the VOCs recovery rate.

　?、谶\(yùn)行過程中，應(yīng)密切注意冷凝溫度。降低冷凝溫度，可以提高壓縮機(jī)制冷量，降低功率消耗，提高制冷系數(shù)。但冷凝溫度過低會影響到制冷劑的循環(huán)量，使制冷量下降。

　?、?During operation, close attention should be paid to the condensation temperature. Lowering the condensation temperature can increase the cooling capacity of the compressor, reduce power consumption, and improve the refrigeration coefficient. However, a low condensation temperature can affect the circulation of refrigerant, resulting in a decrease in cooling capacity.

　?、?R402a 與R402b 作為短期制冷劑能夠發(fā)揮很好的效果，而R404a 與R407a 可以作為長期使用制冷劑。

　?、?R402a and R402b can perform well as short-term refrigerants, while R404a and R407a can be used as long-term refrigerants.

　?、芤话銓τ谟蜌饣厥占晒に噥碚f，冷凝段溫度可控制在-40～-50℃（為了使回收裝置的排放濃度控制在很低水平）或-20～-30℃（為了使回收裝置的投資成本及能耗控制在低水平）。

　　④ For the integrated process of oil and gas recovery, the temperature of the condensation section can be controlled at -40 to -50 ℃ (to keep the emission concentration of the recovery device at a very low level) or -20 to -30 ℃ (to keep the investment cost and energy consumption of the recovery device at a low level).

　　二、其他要求控制和調(diào)整壓縮機(jī)吸氣壓力、排氣壓力、膨脹閥前的制冷劑溫度等在合理范圍內(nèi)。

　　2、 Other requirements include controlling and adjusting the suction pressure, discharge pressure, and refrigerant temperature before the expansion valve of the compressor within a reasonable range.

　　設(shè)備內(nèi)部零部件情況，檢查要點(diǎn)為：蒸發(fā)型冷卻器的噴嘴霧化狀況，相關(guān)說明：噴嘴霧化效果差，則冷卻效果差

　　The condition of internal components of the equipment, the key points for inspection are: the atomization condition of the nozzle of the evaporative cooler. Relevant instructions: If the atomization effect of the nozzle is poor, the cooling effect is poor

　　設(shè)備內(nèi)部零部件情況，檢查要點(diǎn)為：開式冷卻系統(tǒng)的冷卻水混濁度，相關(guān)說明：冷卻水水質(zhì)越混濁，冷卻效果越差

　　The condition of internal components of the equipment, the key points for inspection are: the turbidity of the cooling water in the open cooling system. Relevant instructions: the more turbid the cooling water quality, the worse the cooling effect

　　設(shè)備內(nèi)部零部件情況，檢查要點(diǎn)為：設(shè)備內(nèi)外壁，相關(guān)說明：是否有水垢積聚等現(xiàn)象，特別是殼管式冷凝器

　　The condition of internal components of the equipment, the key points for inspection are: the inner and outer walls of the equipment, relevant instructions: whether there is scale accumulation, especially for shell and tube condensers

　　操作參數(shù)是否正常穩(wěn)定,檢查要點(diǎn)為：出口溫度，相關(guān)說明：出口溫度變高，冷卻/冷凝效果變差

　　Whether the operating parameters are normal and stable, the key points for inspection are: outlet temperature. Relevant instructions: If the outlet temperature increases, the cooling/condensing effect will deteriorate

　　操作參數(shù)是否正常穩(wěn)定,檢查要點(diǎn)為：冷卻介質(zhì)流量和壓力，相關(guān)說明：冷卻介質(zhì)流量低、壓力低，則冷卻/冷凝效果差

　　Whether the operating parameters are normal and stable, the key points for inspection are: cooling medium flow rate and pressure. Relevant instructions: If the cooling medium flow rate is low and the pressure is low, the cooling/condensing effect is poor

　　操作參數(shù)是否正常穩(wěn)定,檢查要點(diǎn)為：出口溫度與冷卻介質(zhì)進(jìn)口溫度的差值，相關(guān)說明：差值越小，說明冷卻/冷凝效果差

　　Whether the operating parameters are normal and stable, the key points to check are: the difference between the outlet temperature and the inlet temperature of the cooling medium. Relevant explanation: the smaller the difference, the worse the cooling/condensing effect

　　有機(jī)溶劑回收量,檢查要點(diǎn)為：冷凝器溶劑回收量，相關(guān)說明：回收量變少，冷凝效果變差/回收量變化率大，設(shè)施運(yùn)行不穩(wěn)定

　　The key points for checking the amount of organic solvent recovery are: the amount of solvent recovery in the condenser.
