　?。?）卸油油氣回收系統(tǒng)（一次回收）

　　(1) Unloading oil and gas recovery system (primary recovery)

　　定義：將汽油油罐車卸油時產(chǎn)生的油氣回收至油罐車里的密閉油氣回收系統(tǒng)。

　　Definition: A closed oil and gas recovery system that recovers the oil and gas generated during the unloading of gasoline tank trucks into the tank trucks.

　　通過卸油油氣回收管線連接

　　Connect through unloading oil and gas recovery pipelines

　?、購挠推沸盾圏c埋地敷設一根油氣回收主管線與加油站的所有汽油儲油罐的氣相管道連通，油氣回收管線卸車側(cè)安裝截流閥、密封式快速接頭和帽蓋；

　　(2) Refueling oil and gas recovery system (secondary recovery)

　　定義：將給汽車油箱加汽油時產(chǎn)生的油氣，通過密閉方式收集進入埋地油罐的系統(tǒng)（也稱為二階段油氣回收）。

　　Definition: A system (also known as two-stage oil and gas recovery) that collects the oil and gas generated when adding gasoline to a car's fuel tank in a closed manner and enters a buried oil tank.

　　a）分散式回收系統(tǒng)

　　a) Distributed recycling system

　　分散式的真空泵一般分別設置于各臺加油機內(nèi)，通常采用渦輪葉片式真空泵連結(jié)一條與輸油管平行的油氣回收管線和地下儲油罐連結(jié)。當油品輸出 時電機帶動渦輪葉片式真空泵產(chǎn)生真空，進而通過回收油槍達到回收車輛油箱內(nèi)揮發(fā)油氣的效果。

　　Distributed vacuum pumps are generally installed separately in each refueling machine, usually using turbine blade vacuum pumps to connect an oil and gas recovery pipeline parallel to the oil pipeline and an underground oil storage tank. When the oil is output, the motor drives the turbine blade vacuum pump to generate vacuum, which then recovers the volatile oil and gas in the vehicle's fuel tank through the oil recovery gun.

　　從各汽油加油機敷設加油油氣回收埋地管線，并匯總為一根管線至低標號汽油儲罐，與其氣相連接。

　　集中式的真空泵設置于油氣回收管與地下儲油罐連接處，一般每個地下儲油罐設置1臺中央吸取式真空泵，從各汽油加油機敷設加油油氣回收埋地管線，并匯總為一根管線經(jīng)集中式真空泵至低標號汽油儲罐，與其氣相連接。

　　A centralized vacuum pump is installed at the connection between the oil and gas recovery pipe and the underground oil storage tank. Generally, each underground oil storage tank is equipped with one central suction vacuum pump. The buried pipeline for refueling oil and gas recovery is laid from each gasoline refueling machine and summarized into one pipeline, which is connected to the low-grade gasoline storage tank through the centralized vacuum pump and connected to its gas phase.

　　(3) Oil and gas emission treatment device (tertiary recovery)

　　定義：針對加油油氣回收系統(tǒng)部分排放的油氣，通過采用吸附、吸收、冷凝、膜分離等方法對這部分排放的油氣進行回收處理的裝置。

　　Definition: A device that uses adsorption, absorption, condensation, membrane separation, and other methods to recover and treat the partially discharged oil and gas from the refueling oil and gas recovery system.

　　油氣回收裝置（三次回收）的安裝及相應的電纜敷設、控制器安裝。油氣回收裝置（三次回收）入口管線與高標號汽油油罐氣相連接，出口管線及凝液回流管線與低標號汽油儲罐氣相連接。

　　Installation of oil and gas recovery device (tertiary recovery) and corresponding cable laying, controller installation. The inlet pipeline of the oil and gas recovery device (tertiary recovery) is connected to the high-grade gasoline tank gas, and the outlet pipeline and condensate reflux pipeline are connected to the low-grade gasoline tank gas.
