油氣回收設(shè)備主要包括加油槍、油氣回收同軸膠管、拉斷閥、油氣分離氣液比調(diào)節(jié)閥、集中式真空泵、分散式真空泵、真空壓力閥、油氣回收控制臺、卸油回氣管線快速接頭、浮球閥、壓力真空閥。

　　1加油槍加油槍常見故障主要包括油槍漏油:加油口漏油:吸氣孔漏油:密封位置漏油:自封功能故障:部件損壞或磨損，如果是產(chǎn)品問題，就應(yīng)更換新油槍，如果不是產(chǎn)品問題，則要返廠維修。

　　1. Common faults of fuel guns mainly include oil gun leakage: oil leakage at the fuel port, oil leakage at the suction hole, oil leakage at the sealing position, self sealing function failure, component damage or wear. If it is a product problem, a new fuel gun should be replaced. If it is not a product problem, it should be returned to the factory for repair.

　　加油槍在設(shè)計上與傳統(tǒng)式油槍有些不同，其內(nèi)部構(gòu)造十分精密，日常使用維護要特別注意以下幾點。1.加油槍要避免碰撞、敲擊，僅需用干布擦拭，并經(jīng)常保持清潔。2.加油后，在取出加油槍前應(yīng)將加油槍稍微停留一下，使槍管內(nèi)的殘油流出，之后才把加油槍取出并掛槍，整個加油動作才算完成。若在加油后馬上取出掛槍，尚有少許殘油積存在槍管內(nèi)，在下一次加油前，在槍管中就有油冒出，就會被誤認為是油槍故障漏油。3.加油槍在加油時常發(fā)生太敏感的現(xiàn)象而跳停，可能是因槍管內(nèi)有積油或槍管內(nèi)0形圈被壓破、硬化等情況，一般排除的方法只需對加油槍有簡單的認識，皆可維修。將槍管取出，檢查上下0形圈，清除積油即可。4.加油槍在加油時常發(fā)生加滿油后油槍不自動跳停，一般原因是油料中有雜質(zhì)或是空氣中有沙微粒被風吹進槍管內(nèi)，使得油槍體內(nèi)中心頂桿的止逆閥或彈簧卡住，導(dǎo)致跳停功能失效。一般處理方法是將加油槍拆開，把薄膜、止逆閥、彈簧小心取出，用高壓空氣吹進槍管及油槍內(nèi)部，清除內(nèi)部雜質(zhì)，再將各零件組裝回去即可。

　　The design of the fuel gun is somewhat different from traditional fuel guns, and its internal structure is very precise. Special attention should be paid to the following points during daily use and maintenance. 1. The fuel gun should avoid collision and knocking, only use a dry cloth to wipe it, and keep it clean regularly. After refueling, the refueling gun should be slightly stopped before removing it to allow the residual oil in the barrel to flow out. If the hanging gun is immediately removed after refueling and there is still a small amount of residual oil accumulated in the barrel, and oil will emerge from the barrel before the next refueling, it will be mistaken as a malfunction of the oil gun leaking oil. 3. When refueling, the refueling gun may experience excessive sensitivity and jump to a stop, which may be due to accumulated oil in the barrel or the O-ring inside the barrel being crushed or hardened. The general method of elimination is to have a simple understanding of the refueling gun, which can be repaired. Remove the gun barrel, check the upper and lower O-rings, and remove the accumulated oil. 4. When refueling, the fuel gun often fails to automatically stop after filling up. The general reason is that impurities in the fuel or sand particles in the air are blown into the barrel by the wind, causing the check valve or spring of the central top rod in the fuel gun body to get stuck, resulting in the failure of the stop function. The general method of handling is to disassemble the fuel gun, carefully remove the film, check valve, and spring, blow high-pressure air into the barrel and the inside of the fuel gun to remove internal impurities, and then assemble the various parts back together.

　　2油氣回收膠管膠管常見故障包括膠管破損;活接磨損漏油;密封圈損壞，提槍跳數(shù)或油槍氣孔跑油;氣液比偏小。膠管故障處理方法可以采用更換膠管或拆開更換密封圈。如果是膠管氣路積油，則要停加所有汽油油品，卸下油槍拉直膠管，將油液倒出。

　　2. Common faults of oil and gas recovery rubber hoses include hose damage; Wear and tear of the joint, oil leakage; The sealing ring is damaged, causing the gun to jump or the oil gun vent to leak oil; The gas-liquid ratio is relatively small. The troubleshooting method for rubber hoses can be to replace the hose or disassemble and replace the sealing ring. If there is oil accumulation in the hose air circuit, stop adding all gasoline products, remove the oil gun, straighten the hose, and pour out the oil.

　　3拉斷閥油氣回收系統(tǒng)中的拉斷閥扮演著在外力作用下拉斷時同時切斷氣路和油路的角色，拉斷閥可重復(fù)使用。常見故障：1.受力拉脫斷開,軸向拉斷力大于140kg，拉斷閥脫離2.不導(dǎo)電3.密封圈損壞,提槍跳數(shù)或油槍氣孔跑油處理方法：1.正確對接恢復(fù)2.導(dǎo)電環(huán)臟污或損壞，拆開檢修(需用專用卡簧鉗)3.更換拉斷閥或密封圈

　　The pull off valve in the oil and gas recovery system plays the role of simultaneously cutting off the air and oil paths when pulled off by external force, and the pull off valve can be reused. Common faults: 1. Force pull and disconnect, axial pull force greater than 140kg, pull valve detachment 2. Non conductive 3. 　　4油氣分離氣液比調(diào)節(jié)閥油氣分離氣液比調(diào)節(jié)閥的主要作用是分離油路和氣路，根據(jù)液壓推動力進行工作，自動調(diào)節(jié)二次油氣回收系統(tǒng)中油氣與油品流量的比例(氣液比)。調(diào)節(jié)閥常見故障為臟污導(dǎo)致氣液比不合格，可以采用清理臟污的方法予以處理。

　　The main function of the oil gas separation gas-liquid ratio regulating valve is to separate the oil and gas circuits, and work according to hydraulic driving force to automatically adjust the ratio of oil gas to oil flow rate (gas-liquid ratio) in the secondary oil and gas recovery system. The common malfunction of the regulating valve is that the gas-liquid ratio is not up to standard due to dirt, which can be treated by cleaning the dirt.

　　5真空回收泵擦拭除塵、除銹、除污漬，檢查有無滲漏及其他異常，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常立即上報維修。

　　Wipe the vacuum recovery pump for dust removal, rust removal, and stain removal, check for leaks and other abnormalities, and immediately report any abnormalities for repair.

　　6壓力真空閥每半年拆卸后進行維護，清理油污，除積塵，除銹。日常觀察加油速度、卸油速度、油氣排放是否正常，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常，立即上報維修。

　　7卸油回氣快速接頭的使用維護檢查內(nèi)彈性密封蓋是否啟閉靈活，清理油污、除塵、檢查密封圈，發(fā)現(xiàn)密封圈損壞后立即更換，卸油后立即上鎖。

　　Use, maintenance, and inspection of the quick connector for oil discharge and gas return. Check whether the elastic sealing cover opens and closes flexibly, clean oil stains, remove dust, and inspect the sealing ring. If the sealing ring is damaged, replace it immediately and lock it immediately after oil discharge.

　　8浮球閥的使用維護假日檢查有無滲漏，擦拭除塵，除銹、除污跡。

　　During holidays, check for leaks, wipe and remove dust, rust, and stains on the use and maintenance of the float valve.
