油氣回收設施是油品裝卸過程中使用較多,混合氣形成排出后的一種回收利用,回收方法有 :
Oil and gas recovery facilities are commonly used during the loading and unloading process of oil products, and are a type of recovery and utilization after the formation and discharge of mixed gas. The recovery methods include:
1.循環(huán)回路法。收油容器排出的油蒸氣返回發(fā)油罐里,常見加油站套筒式雙管加油槍,內(nèi)外雙管組成,汽油經(jīng)內(nèi)管流入汽車油箱,油箱內(nèi)混合氣體經(jīng)內(nèi)外管的環(huán)形通道返回加油站油罐內(nèi),全程實現(xiàn)環(huán)保加油。
1. Loop method. The oil vapor discharged from the oil receiving container is returned to the oil tank, which is commonly used in gas stations with sleeve type double tube refueling guns. The inner and outer tubes are composed of two pipes, and gasoline flows into the car's fuel tank through the inner pipe. The mixed gas in the fuel tank returns to the gas station's tank through the circular channel of the inner and outer pipes, achieving environmentally friendly refueling throughout the process.
2.吸附法。兩臺吸附床交替使用,一臺吸附,一臺解吸。目前常見的油氣回收系統(tǒng),主要原理就是吸附法,整套油氣回收撬塊,主要包括供油泵,回油泵,引風機,吸收塔和碳吸附塔,循環(huán)真空泵,及兩個油罐,主要工作原理通過供油泵把貧油抽到吸收塔來充分吸附引風機抽過來的油蒸氣,吸收后的油氣然后在兩臺碳床交替吸附,吸附后氣體分析合格后排入大氣。如果分析不合格,此時再通過連鎖閥門開關(guān)和真空泵再次返回到吸收塔里再吸附,如此循環(huán),最終合格后排入大氣。這種油氣回收系統(tǒng)特點是,吸附效果好,操作簡單,一鍵啟動,全程全自動,大大減少高濃度油氣的排出對大氣的污染,同時吸收了大量油氣,提高經(jīng)濟性,真正實現(xiàn)安全和環(huán)保。
2. Adsorption method. Two adsorption beds are used alternately, one for adsorption and the other for desorption. The main principle of the commonly used oil and gas recovery system is adsorption method. The entire oil and gas recovery block mainly includes a supply oil pump, a return oil pump, a induced draft fan, an absorption tower and a carbon adsorption tower, a circulating vacuum pump, and two oil tanks. The main working principle is to pump lean oil to the absorption tower through the supply oil pump to fully adsorb the oil vapor pumped by the induced draft fan. The absorbed oil and gas are then alternately adsorbed in two carbon beds. After gas analysis is qualified, the adsorbed gas is discharged into the atmosphere. If the analysis is not qualified, it will be returned to the absorption tower again through the interlock valve switch and vacuum pump for adsorption. This cycle will be repeated until it is finally qualified and discharged into the atmosphere. The characteristics of this oil and gas recovery system are good adsorption effect, simple operation, one click start, fully automatic throughout the process, greatly reducing the pollution of high concentration oil and gas emissions to the atmosphere, while absorbing a large amount of oil and gas, improving economy, and truly achieving safety and environmental protection.
3.冷凝法,冷凝吸收法,冷凝壓縮法,主要原理是降低儲油容器排出混合氣的溫度,使油氣凝結(jié)成液體,收集凝結(jié)液,達到減少油品損耗的目的。
3. Condensation method, condensation absorption method, condensation compression method, the main principle is to reduce the temperature of the mixed gas discharged from the oil storage container, so that the oil and gas condense into liquid, collect the condensed liquid, and achieve the goal of reducing oil loss.
